At Rootiva, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping terms below:

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

  • Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier constraints.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • ₹49 shipping charge on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email/phone number.

  • You can also contact our team for manual assistance with tracking.

5. Undelivered Packages

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be cancelled.

  • Redelivery may be attempted with applicable shipping charges.

6. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled only within India.
